  3. SELECT REQUEST TYPE
  4. ADD ANY NOTES YOU WOULD LIKE GO CONFIGURE TO SEE IN THE SERVICE ORDER.

CANCELLATION REQUEST – IF YOU SELECT THE REQUEST TYPE TO BE CANCELLATION REQUEST, AN ISSUE WILL BE PLACED IN THE SERVICE ORDER FOR GO CONFIGURE TO REVIEW AND CANCEL THE SERVICE ORDER.

 GENERAL UPDATE – IF YOU SELECT THIS REQUEST TYPE A NOTE WILL BE PLACED IN THE SERVICE ORDER FOR GO CONFIGURE TO REVIEW IN THE SERVICE ORDER.
