Refund Policy and Fees
- A Go Configure customer who has prepaid for services may request a full refund at any time as long as services have not been rendered for all services including but not limited to: Assembly, Delivery, Delivery w/Assembly & Repairs
- A Go Configure customer who has received services and feels there has been negligence or fault in the completion of the the purchased services may contact Go Configure directly at 888-888-5424 and report said fault or negligence in which a member of Go Configure management will review and work towards a mutual resolution.
- Customer reschedules – If a customer fails to provide Go Configure a minimum of 24hrs notice to reschedule their appointment there may be an additional $50 fee assessed before a technician can return the property to perform the service.
- Additional Fees – Not all needed charges may be realized before a service technician is able to assess the service on site. All quotes and initial charges are executed in good faith based on the description of needs supplied by the customer at the time service request.
Go Configure warrants its work for 30 days related explicitly to the service and workmanship performed by the technician starting from date the final service visit was completed. Go Configure does not warrantee material defects or faults related to the product.
