What you must have completed before the assembly team arrives:

1) If you currently have a base, it must be level and constructed of either wood or concrete. (We do offer base installation that can be purchased at your local Home )
2) Ensure a clearance area around Shed location of at least 3’ in each direction and there is ample space to unpackage the shed.
3) Ensure all other debris is removed from the area prior to arrival
4) It is the customers responsibility to anchor the shed if Go Configure does not install the base.

If you already have a base installed we require additional information:

1) Do you have a concrete or wood base? (dimensions of the base)
2) Is the base level?
3) Please send 3 photos from different perspectives, photos must be sent to [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.

After we have received your order in our system, we will contact you via text message, email or phone call to review your purchase and confirm product arrival times. Most assemblies do not occur on the same day as delivery by the freight team.

We require that a person of the age 18 years or older is on site during the entire installation.  Homeowner is preferred.

Please arrange for all pets and children to be located in a separate area during the service visit.

Outdoor service only! - Weather and site conditions are important! We require that temps be above 40 degrees on the day of service since we’ll be working outside. If the ground is wet or there is a likelihood of rainy conditions on the day of service, we may have to reschedule.

On the day of service our professional, courteous team will call 30-60 minutes before their arrival.

Our team will consolidate the packaging materials and debris and place them in one location, of your choice, on your property.
